RESEARCH INTERESTS
My future research will develop scalable, context-specific interventions that integrate exercise, sedentary behaviour and insulin signalling to prevent cognitive and cardiometabolic decline.
Research intrests include:
Physical activity and sedentary behaviour
Brain health, cognitive ageing and dementia prevention
Cardiometabolic health, type 2 diabetes and glycaemic control
Vascular function and insulin signalling
Clinical trials and experimental physiology
Epidemiology and free-living behaviour measurement
Digital health and co-design
Science communication and research translation
