Skilled and influential communicator with experience managing and coordinating University-wide strategic projects such as Deakin’s Graduate Employability Plan.

Prolific education researcher with a passion for mentoring researchers and supporting others in developing scholarly practice and scholarship. Editor of the book "The Future of Online Education – Advancements in Learning and Instruction", actively publishing research articles in prestigious publications, including Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education, Australasian Journal of Educational Technology, International Journal for Educational Integrity and Australian Psychologist. Co-lead of the large-scale student survey within the Student Perspectives on AI in Higher Education project, a multi-instititional project with leading researchers at Deakin University, Monash University, the University of Queensland and the University of Technology Sydney. Co-lead of Australia’s largest university-wide student exam experience survey in the Online Assessment and Invigilation at Scale project with over 30,000 student participants.
