MrShane Crowe

Deakin University Adjunct Professor Shane Crowe is the Executive Director of
Nursing & Midwifery at Western Health and has held this position since
September 2017. He holds post-graduate qualifications in Health Systems
Management and Education. As part of his current appointment, he has executive
responsibility for several governance committees, infection prevention,
nursing and midwifery workforce management and Aboriginal health.
Additionally, he has responsibility for leadership of the nursing and
midwifery professions and the development of nursing research and scholarship
at Western Health. Shane has previously undertaken senior roles at Austin
Health and the Department of Health & Human Services.
