BIO
I am a a member of the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN) at Deakin working within the School of Health and Social development
I love physical activity and health. I want to follow my passion and make the world a better place. I started my career as a personal trainer but quickly realised I needed to improve my knowledge if I want to help the most vulnerable. So, I came to Deakin to complete a Bachelor of Health Science, this included an honours research project. I completed by degree in 2021 and having discovered a love of health promotion research immediately began a PhD focusing on the use of technology as a tool to promotion physical activity in young women.
