BIO

I am a lecturer in Graduate Researcher Development at the Researcher Development Academy. In this role, I work with graduate researchers so they can grow and thrive in their candidature and beyond. I aim to do this by using the scholarship in doctoral education and higher education to inform my work, as well as my lived experience teaching and running programs for graduate researchers.

As a higher education researcher, I am currently interested in exploring how to strengthen graduate researchers' sense of belonging and voice during their candidature.

As an academic citizen, I am interested in building academic communities that provide open and inclusive spaces where people can come together to connect, care and help each other flourish.
