DrJooyoung Kim

Jooyoung Kim is an educator in management at Deakin Business School, where she teaches strategic management. She serves as Unit Chair for Business Strategy and Analysis (MPM703), an international MBA unit, and for the undergraduate Business Capstone (MMM315). Her teaching uses experiential activities and digital tools such as Padlet and Mentimeter to support student engagement and in-class interactions, and draws on current business cases to connect strategy concepts to practice. She has completed a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Learning and Teaching since joining Deakin in 2022.
