TEACHING EXPERTISE

In addition to the teaching activities mentioned below, I currently co-supervises Ph.D. students at Deakin University on the digital marketing of harmful food products in Australia and food system environmental assessment. I also conduct guest lectures on applying interdisciplinary research techniques to address ‘wicked problems’ in health and sustainable food systems, ecological economics modelling techniques in research, and the use of AI tools in unhealthy digital marketing monitoring and regulation.

Guest lecture on ‘AI and digital marketing to children' for the Food for a Healthy Planet course unit at Melbourne School of Population and Global Health, University of Melbourne, on 4th of September 2024 and 17th of September 2025.
