    Deep Insolvency Workshop

    There are thousands of deeply insolvent companies in Australia each year. The workshop - hosted by the Deakin Law School and led by Dr Paulina Fishman - was attended by representatives of various stakeholder organisations who generously offered their insights regarding how the incidence of deep corporate insolvency can be reduced to benefit creditors, businesses, and the broader economy.
