Associate ProfessorFlorian Klonek

In his research, Florian is interested in how employee wellbeing and performance are enabled through good work design, high-functioning teamwork and good leadership. He has worked on research projects across the globe (Germany, Chile, and Australia) and in various industries (automotive, energy, health), including field research within healthcare organisations in Western Australia. Florian uses and develops methodological approaches from different disciplines, including text analytics, experimental designs, and video methods. His research has been published in leading outlets, including The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Vocational Behavior.
