BIO

Bolanle is a current PhD researcher in the School of Health and Social Development, Faculty of Health at Deakin University.  She is a dynamic and results-oriented  graduate researcher with a background in Nutrition and Dietetics, demonstrating strong research and analytical skills. She is committed to excellence and innovation, possess a keen ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively within a team. Her aim to make significant contributions through innovative research and effective collaboration, fostering progress in both corporate and community settings.

Her research interests include nutrition in pregnancy, food (in)security, community nutrition, nutritional assessment, and food and lifestyle behaviours across different age groups. Her PhD project  focuses on exploring  cultural food practices during pregnancy, specifically among African migrant women in Australia.
