BIO

I am a PhD Candidate researching how exercise training influences systemic inflammation and mental health in people with chronic low back pain at the Institute of Physical Activity and Nutrition. My work explores links between physical activity, biological mechanisms, and psychological outcomes to support the development of effective, evidence-based treatment strategies.
