BIO

With over 18 years of experience in Bhutan's public finance sector, I have honed my expertise in investment analysis, corporate governance, and financial management. My roles at the Department of Macro-Fiscal & Development Finance under the Ministry of Finance of Bhutan and the National CSI Development Bank Ltd. provided invaluable opportunities to understand the nation's financial landscape. I have a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives, managing complex portfolios, and fostering financial inclusion. Currently pursuing a research degree at Deakin University, I am exploring the concept of Organisational Happiness.
