BIO
I am a researcher and health economist specialising in cancer, brain injury, caregiving, and end‑of‑life care. My work focuses on understanding the trade‑offs people make when accessing healthcare services and interventions.
After careers in cancer research and nursing, I retrained as a health economist in 2016 and completed my PhD in 2022, which examined what people with melanoma and their doctors prefer when choosing immunotherapy (a cancer treatment).
I have expertise in Discrete Choice Experiments, a method used to estimate the value of healthcare and people's preferences. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with consumer groups and continue to value these partnerships in my research.
Open to supervising PhD students.
