BIO

Devin Bin is a graduate researcher at Deakin Business School with both academic and practical experience at the managerial and executive level in the private as well as public sectors. His research is centred on service excellence and organisational frontline optimisation. Prior to starting the current research journey, Devin worked for more than 15 years in the banking and FMCG industry as well as the public development sector.
