BIO

Ms Monique Gandhi is a Graduate Research Fellow and scholarship holder in the School of Psychology at Deakin University. Her research interests centre on mental health and behavioural addictions, with a particular focus on gambling disorder and gaming disorder, and the development and implementation of digital health interventions.

 

Monique is a member of the lab led by Professor Nicki Dowling, which conducts high-impact research on gambling disorder, including the development and evaluation of digital health interventions that inform government policy and practice.

 

Early in her research career, Monique has already presented at multiple national and international conferences and contributes to several funded research projects supported by the NSW Centre for Responsible Gambling, the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation, and other leading bodies.
