BIO

Associate Professor Philip Barton is an entomologist and ecologist that conducts research on the biodiversity and function of insects. His work has applications to a wide range of problems related to conservation, biodiversity monitoring, agriculture, and forensics. A/Prof Barton works closely with colleagues in the School of Life and Environmental Sciences at Deakin University, and with scientists and government agencies from Australia, USA, UK, and Europe.
