BIO

I am a registered nurse and a PhD candidate at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Deakin University. With a decade of experience as a registered nurse, I am passionate about improving patient care and promoting patient safety. My PhD research focuses on integrating patient portals into chronic care, aiming to enhance patient experiences and outcomes. I have been involved in multiple research projects at Alfred Hospital and am experienced in qualitative research, conducting interviews and facilitating workshops.
