BIO

Nicholas Sheard is Senior Lecturer in the Property and Real Estate group of the Department of Finance. His research interests are in urban, regional, and transport economics. He focuses on policy questions and topics related to real estate markets. His teaching interests are in property, economics, and statistical methods.
