BIO

I am a Visiting Research Fellow in Environmental Engineering at Deakin University. I earned my PhD in Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, focusing on the development of novel heat-resistive and high thermal energy storage lightweight concrete panels for energy-efficient buildings.

My research spans sustainable construction materials, life cycle assessment (LCA), and environmental modelling, with applications in carbon footprint analysis, emissions trading, and waste-to-value technologies. I have led and contributed to projects on geopolymer composites, waste tyre recycling, and carbon tax policy evaluation, collaborating with industry partners such as SPEE3D Pty Ltd., Sunbeam Chem Pty Ltd., and Clean Energy Resource Geelong.

My work has been published in leading journals, including Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Construction and Building Materials, Energy and Buildings, and Journal of Cleaner Production.
