Currently, Issiah delivers keynotes and workshops, designs courses of study, develops training and directs research in educational innovation through his educational technology startup Genius.Tools^tm which also encompasses a portfolio of commercial research services which includes developing products for knowledge workers.

In 2025 a series of public lectures called Jardin des Idees^tm, hosted at Snailfish Bookshop, Greville Street, Prahran, Victoria, Australia, the set of speaking engagements on science-based topics covered;

• Fake News and Dis/Mis-information (Heuristics for Discernment and Media Evaluation)
• Ideology, Mythology and Social Biology (New Methods for determining Predictability of Socialisation and Behaviour)

Prior, Issiah held teaching positions at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) in co-designing and delivering graduate teaching in the School of Design and Social Context.
