Since the first day of my research journey, I have delved into various facets of Natural Language Processing (NLP). I began with text classification, text summarization, semantic analysis and natural language inference. I also co-supervised student to develop an academic warning system, aiming to predict at-risk students based on their academic performance.

Following this, I gained six months of research experience at the National Institute of Informatics (NII) in Tokyo, Japan, focusing on summarization for scientific documents. During my time there, I also participated in a research group dedicated to automatic processing of scientific texts. Building on this experience, I received a full scholarship to pursue a PhD at Deakin University. My PhD research and current interests center on developing efficient methods for leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) in the scientific domain.
