BIO

I am a Doctor of Philosophy (Psychology) candidate with an interest in how puberty in females influences ADHD traits (differences in attention, activity levels, and impulse control). I am also interested in how puberty might affect mental health and cognition in female adolescents with ADHD compared to their non-ADHD peers.

As both an ADHD researcher and someone with lived-experience expertise, I am committed to ensuring I conduct research with genuine respect for neurodivergent people and focusing on what matters to them. Alongside my PhD studies, I advocate for improving practices in ADHD research and greater inclusion of people with disability in academia.
