TEACHING EXPERTISE

Jen's current academic experience in Management reflects a specialisation in the Organisational Behaviour/Human Resources (OB/HR) space. She has extensive teaching experience as unit chair and lecturer in undergraduate units such as Organisational Behaviour, Future of Work, Recruitment and Retention, and Foundations of Business, and post-graduate units such as Managing People and Organisations and Strategic Human Resource Management. Jen has taught various student cohorts enrolled in on-, off-, and off-shore campuses, in both face-to-face and online formats.
