I am a full-time PhD student at Deakin and a part-time early childhood educator at a childcare center in south-east Melbourne. I am passionate about working with children and exploring the challenges in the early childhood education sector from different stakeholders' perspectives. I believe that mutual understanding and empathy towards one another can create a better environment for both children and early childhood educators to thrive.
