BIO

Stewart Seaton has practised in Australia and overseas as an architect. In his current role at Deakin he is an architectural educator and researcher.

He is committed to providing patient and thorough learning experiences for our students, and considers the student experience to be central to his own mission and to the schools success as a place of education. His interests focus on helping students develop their own architectural position through learning and thei student learning experience.

 

As a researcher he is interested in architectural history and theory. He is currently working on his PhD which explores the connections between tradition, technology and architectural experience.
