Her research interests centre on children’s and adolescents’ nutrition, with a particular focus on food behaviours, food literacy and school food environments. She is interested in understanding how students’ food choices are shaped by parents, teachers, peers, and other key stakeholders within the school community, as well as broader environmental and policy influences.
