BIO

I am a qualified Social Worker, who has experience in the fields of health promotion, family therapy, family violence, community engagement, and advocacy. A dedicated professional working from a feminist and trauma-informed framework. I am a current PhD student exploring mental health stigma in Indian Australian community. I am a strong advocate for mental health education, and health promotion for culturally and linguistically diverse communities. I practice cultural humility through ethical listening and applying person-centered intersectional approach and language while supporting individuals’ rights and barriers in living their optimal life.
