Lisa is a PhD student with a strong interest in exploring the impact of different digital work arrangements, such as remote and hybrid work, on health risk behaviours. Her interest in this area began during her master's studies, where she designed an intervention to enhance physical activity for individuals working exclusively from home.

Having experienced remote work extensively herself and observed its effects on others around her, Lisa is committed to researching and understanding its implications, especially for at-risk groups such as individuals with type 2 diabetes.

Lisa is motivated to explore strategies for managing risk factors and implementing preventive measures. Her goal is to provide insights that improve health policies and workplace management strategies, ultimately achieving better health outcomes.
