RESEARCH INTERESTS

Kevin's research interests are focused on applying Analytical Chemistry to Food Science and Technology. He is specifically interested in Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry and Olfactometry and their application to food safety and flavour. Currently, Kevin is exploring multidimensional gas chromatography techniques in food flavour analysis.
