Jie Wang

As an early career researcher, the units that I have taught are not broad yet. I have had the opportunity to deliver tutorials/workshops in linear algebra and calculus, both in person and online, at Deakin University and Federation University. 

For units at Deakin, where we use OnTrack to provide feedback, I try to be as supportive as I can. I try my best to provide feedback as a human, rather than a marking machine.

I prefer to have a class where students are engaged and are actively thinking. I prefer to use "black/white board" instead of using tablets or laptops, although sometimes classroom settings disagree with me.
