RESEARCH INTERESTS

I conduct ethnographic research to study how organizations build and deliver business value from enterprise data and analytical capabilities. This includes studying how organizations leverage data and analytics to drive digital transformation; how organizations use big data analytics to build cyber resilience, and what new roles and responsibilities emerge as organizations try to realize social and economic value from artificial intelligence.
