MrJack Bennett

As a Graduate Researcher at Deakin University, my work critically examines how education policy influences the experiences and outcomes of Australian primary school students. I draw on fifteen years of hands-on teaching and school leadership experience in remote, regional, and metropolitan Australia to bring a unique practitioner-led perspective to my research and my work with pre-service teachers. My teaching background includes leading curriculum and pedagogical initiatives, promoting student agency, and implementing data-informed practices across primary, secondary, and IB schools.
