I am a PhD candidate interested in a range of topics in secondary education, including school leadership . My interest in secondary education derives from the notion that education at this level is crucial not just for learners' futures, but also for the future of societies. As a result, my passion is to find new ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of secondary education. I have a solid foundation in education, having graduated as the best student from the Department of Educational Management and Policy at Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, Nigeria. I also have five years of teaching experience in the private sector. In 2023, I obtained my Master of Arts degree from Tampere University, Finland. My master's thesis investigated Teacher Leadership in Secondary Schools Using the Full Range of Leadership Model. Currently, I am researching school leadership in Nigeria through a postcolonial lens. I am open to research and project collaboration.
