BIO

I am a biomedical engineer with a Master of Technology in Nanotechnology currently pursuing PhD in Biomaterials at IFM, Deakin University & AcSIR@CSIR-CECRI (Co-tutelle), focusing on 3D metal printing and surface modification of implants to enhance osseointegration and antibacterial activity. I have three years of experience as a Research Associate at CSIR-CECRI, where I worked extensively in a 3D printing laboratory, developing customized implants and scaffolds using additive manufacturing and biofunctionalization strategies. My experience spans synthesis and characterization of biomaterials, ceramics, and nanomaterials, along with hands-on expertise in various characterization techniques, microbiology, cell culture, and electrochemical studies related to corrosion. My core research goal is to translate advanced materials and 3D printing technologies into clinically relevant solutions for personalized healthcare.
