BIO

Jia completed her PhD in the School of Computing and Information Systems at the University of Melbourne. Her research interests include digital transformation, business analytics, data management, and information systems. Jia’s research work appears in the Australasian Journal of Information Systems and conferences including the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) and the European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS).  Before joining Deakin, Jia worked as a sessional staff member at RMIT and the University of Melbourne.
