DrJackson Wood

Dr Jackson Wood is an Associate Teaching Fellow and Associate Research Fellow in Criminology in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Deakin University.

Jackson’s research focuses on the intersection between technology harm, and justice. Spanning both critical theoretical and empirical contexts, his work has examined the digital far-right, technology-facilitated violence, and the application of novel, qualitative methodologies to enhance knowledge production.

Jackson’s extensive teaching experience spans multiple areas, including foundational criminological theory, the criminal justice process, digital criminology, qualitative research methods, and critical terrorism studies.
