TEACHING EXPERTISE

My teaching philosophy evolved following the trends in the disciplines I teach, the environmental and socio-cultural changes and the evolution in technologies, innovation and adaptation in pedagogical approaches, resilience to sudden changes and crises and aligned with accreditation requirements, course objectives and real-world conditions in seek of active engagement, competitiveness and excellence.

The aim of teaching philosophy

“To prepare graduates through real-world experiences and evidence develop creative and innovation skills to reimagine futures that benefit our society and address the emerging challenges learning from global examples and apply solutions at local levels to uphold principles of equity and social justice”.

In delivering the above aim, my teaching philosophy is embedded in constructivist and culturally sensitive approaches guided by developing critical thinking in using emerging technologies and trends in teaching and learning experiences. I am also committed to continuously developing teaching skills and adapting pedagogical approaches through training and qualification and ongoing teaching evaluations to assess the effectiveness of my teaching strategies and adapt them based on the conditions and requirements of our changing societies.
