BIO
My current research focuses on understanding the proposed mechanisms of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy in eating disorders and digital health, with a particular emphasis on how mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance relate to eating disorder psychopathology and treatment response. More broadly, I am interested in eating disorders and related domains, including body image, eating disorder treatments, intuitive eating, and the Health at Every Size movement. I also have a strong interest in digital health innovation and the integration of artificial intelligence within research, and the impact on clinical practice.
