BIO

PhD candidate investigating postpartum running, exploring barriers and enablers to return to running, physiological outcomes of postpartum exercise, and the biomechanics of postpartum running gait. As a Graduate Teaching Fellow, I have taught across a range of units including Biomechanics, Motor Learning, Exercise Prescription and Delivery, and Clinical and Sport Biomechanics. My role combines advanced research with teaching excellence, fostering evidence-based practice and student engagement. I am also an active member of Women in Sport and Exercise (WISE) at Deakin, contributing to the promotion of female-focused research and participation in sport and physical activity.
