Kavindi Weerasinghe

Dr Weerasinghe,  (BSc (Applied Science), MSc (Biomedical Science), PhD) is an early-career Research Fellow at the IMPACT Institute, Deakin University. She specialises in research at the intersection of medications, supplements, and physical health, with a particular focus on their effects on bone health. Having completed her PhD and currently working as an Associate Research Fellow at IMPACT, Deakin University, Dr Weerasinghe has established a strong research track record through multiple peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and extensive experience across laboratory, clinical, and community-based studies. Dr Weerasinghe is committed to generating high-quality evidence that can be translated into clinical practice to improve long-term health outcomes.
