Nisha is graduate researcher with a strong commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in dynamic environments. Proficient in R, Python, and Bash scripting, She applies computational approaches to solve biological problems, particularly in genomic and transcriptomic data analysis. Her expertise bridges biological laboratory techniques and computational skills, enabling her to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Her PhD topic is "Geospatial Modelling of P. falciparum transmission networks in Papua New Guinea." The project aims to map the transmission dynamics for targeted intervention-saving resources to allocate on infection foci region.
