DrLilipramawanty Liwin

I am a Research Fellow at the Deakin Institute for Citizenship and Globalisation, Deakin University, and a social and population health researcher specialising in demography, life-course research, and quantitative population data analysis. My research examines how education, socioeconomic conditions, and migration experiences shape health and social inequalities across diverse populations and over the life course. I integrate longitudinal, population-based, and linked administrative data to investigate the social determinants of health, health behaviours, population health trajectories and projections, and social inequalities across the life course.

My methodological expertise includes population data analysis, longitudinal research design, data linkage, demographic analysis, statistical modelling and evidence translation. I also bring more than a decade of experience working with international NGOs and communities in Indonesia, providing a strong applied and community-informed perspective to my research. This experience informs my approach to population health and social research, particularly in understanding how structural, socioeconomic, and institutional conditions shape inequalities across populations and over the life course.
