BIO

I’m an early career researcher and lecturer in Public Health, Health Promotion, and Health and Physical Education, with a background in teaching, curriculum design, and student wellbeing. With over 13 years of experience across school and tertiary settings, I’m passionate about strengths-based, research-informed approaches that promote the health and wellbeing of children and young people.

My current research explores how Respectful Relationships Education can be embedded into whole school approaches using strengths-based frameworks. I also teach and design curriculum across higher education programs in public health and HPE, with a strong focus on Health Promoting Schools and contemporary pedagogies.

I’ve collaborated with schools, government initiatives, and health organisations to embed inclusive, evidence-based health and wellbeing practices into education. I'm driven by a commitment to empowering both educators, students and families through practical, research-led approaches to teaching and learning.

Let’s connect if you’re interested in school-based health promotion, HPE, curriculum development, or health and wellbeing in education.
