BIO

Dr Xinjie Deng is an interdisciplinary researcher specialising in lightweight deep learning, computer vision, information technology, and GIS for real-world applications. Her research integrates computer vision, remote sensing, and AI to develop efficient solutions for natural disaster management, intelligent transportation, and smart city systems. She focuses on designing accurate and computationally efficient AI models that enable real-time perception, monitoring, and decision support in practical environments.
