RESEARCH INTERESTS
Elizabeth holds a PhD in Learning Sciences and Technology from the University of Sydney, where her research analysed collaborative modelling in GitHub to examine the role of epistemic agency and relational communication in group learning. Earlier work explored cultural framing in international student conversations about ethics, contributing new insights into how first language conventions play a role in second language interaction.
Their key research interest is the use of the late Mildred Shaw's statistical methods to visualise RepGrid data digitally, enhancing our understanding of conceptual change at individual and collective levels, over time and at scale. Technical re-implementation of this is in progress at webgrid.online.
