BIO

Patricia is an evaluation specialist, with over 20 years of experience designing and undertaking evaluations for a wide range of international governments, agencies and institutions. She has held numerous roles, including government, academia and consultancy positions, providing evaluation services across the Pacific, Asia, the Middle East, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. Her experience spans small-scale pilot studies, to evaluating the impact of national programs and multi-country initiatives. Her work bridges strong methodology with usability and accessibility, ensuring that evidence is not only robust, but also trusted and applied. Driven by a commitment to equitable outcomes, Patricia uses evidence as a conduit for achieving meaningful impact.

 

Patricia holds two Master’s degrees from Queen Mary, University of London, and a PhD from Victoria University of Wellington. Patricia is also a Credentialed Evaluator (CE), designated by the Canadian Evaluation Society; and an approved provider of quantitative Impact Evaluation, by the Australian Centre for Student Equity and Success.
