BIO

Patricia is a Credentialed Evaluator, designated by the Canadian Evaluation Society, with over 20 years of experience delivering research and conducting evaluations for a wide range of international governments and agencies. Her experience spans small-scale pilot studies, nationally significant evaluations and trials, and multi-country initiatives. Her work bridges strong methodology with usability and accessibility, ensuring that evidence is not only robust, but also trusted and applied. Driven by a commitment to equitable outcomes, Patricia uses evidence as a conduit for achieving meaningful impact.

 

She has held numerous government research and academic roles, and as an independent evaluation consultant to agencies across the Pacific, Asia, the Middle East, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. 

 

Patricia holds two Master’s degrees from Queen Mary, University of London, and a PhD from Victoria University of Wellington.
