Teaching, for me, is more than delivering content—it's about inspiring growth, building relationships, and nurturing lifelong learners. Over the years, I’ve taught at multiple levels—from early childhood education to university courses—serving as a teacher, mentor, visiting lecturer, and research supervisor. My work as a district teacher educator and master trainer allowed me to support hundreds of teachers across Punjab, helping them adopt more effective and student-centered approaches.

I strive to create engaging and inclusive learning environments where every student feels valued. My teaching philosophy is grounded in continuous reflection, and I’m always eager to explore new methods that connect with students' realities, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Whether in a classroom or a teacher training session, I aim to leave learners more confident, curious, and capable than when I met them.

As a physical education teacher at the ECE and primary level, I focused on building foundational motor skills, promoting active play, and fostering healthy lifestyle habits in young learners. My approach emphasized inclusive, age-appropriate physical activities that supported students' physical, social, and emotional development.
