BIO
I am an interdisciplinary researcher, currently undertaking a VicHealth Post-Doctoral Fellowship on progressing a Wellbeing Economy through place-based approaches. With a background in planning and human geography, I am passionate about working with communities on local economic change. My theoretical approach is grounded in diverse and community economies through the scholarship of JK Gibson-Graham and the Community Economies Research Network. My PhD dissertation has achieved industry recognition by the Planning Institute of Australia, and publication record includes an edited book, journal articles, book chapters and consultancy reports.
