Best Thesis Award in Health Science: “Nut Consumption and Dietary Strategies for Cardiometabolic and Mental Health”. The scientific articles of this doctoral thesis (n=7) demonstrated that nut consumption does not negatively influence weight and adiposity parameters in different populations, but reduces the risk of depression in older adults.
